Landmark service team did a great job of keeping me informed of my car's needed maintenance while the car was held overnight by the technicians. They were able to complete both of my car's manufacturers recalls free of charge as well as my regularly scheduled maintenance. They will even call a Lyft ride for you free of charge to get home if you're ride is within a 10 mile trip distance. Anna from the service team was a big help and made sure my vehicle maintenance was done in 2 days before I needed the car back for work!

The people at Landmark Jeep are really awesome. Peter Hartman was our salesman who really took the time to show us three different levels of the wrangler we were interested in. He was knowledgeable and educated us on many things we didn't know. He was not pushy or uncomfortable at all. In fact he was quite pleasant. Hamid Khamlich really helped the planets align so that our deal could work. In the end my wife got what she wanted and that is really all that matters. We all had a good time and the staff really worked toward helping us. Even in financing, we were given options and they did everything they could to save us money. This is my second new Wrangler. I typically wouldn't buy an extended warranty but it was totally reasonable and from Jeep, so we jumped on it. Several days later and we still reflect on the best buying experience in our minds. Good job team. Happy wife, happy life!
I had a great experience with Aldijana (Ana) recently regarding a repair/replacement of my soft top for my Wrangler. From my initial phone call inquiring about bringing the vehicle in for an estimate, she was extremely professional and wanting to help in any way possible. Throughout the repair process she was professional, courteous and importantly, extremely responsive to any questions that I had. If you ever need work/service done at Landmark Chamblee, I can't recommend her enough!!

I went on 4/12/2024 to purchase my 08 Toyota Highlander. It was very clean and well kept. Darrell was a complete gem! He went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure I got my SUV for the price I wanted it for. He also went the extra miles in helping me return my rental. He was very pleasant to work with and wasn’t pushy like most salesmen. Tim, the finance rep was also very pleasant to work with. Ask for them if you’re ever on the market shopping for cars.

Needed a recall issue addressed. Landmark former in with 48 hours and fixed it the same day. Other dealers said 2 weeks wait for an appointment and they may need up to 6 days to complete the job. A very easy and friendly experience.
